Peerless Rug Company products and installations are represented in residences, corporate offices, educational institutions, hotels and hospitality projects, restaurants, and medical centers throughout the Chicago area.
Peerless takes personal pride in the involvement of its commercial division, headed by Hal Nagel. With the growth of Chicago’s housing explosion in the 1980's, new construction and renovations were creating vibrant communities within the city’s established neighborhoods.
Beginning to rise across the city then were exciting loft projects in once-industrial fringe areas, mid-rises in the West and South Loop, luxury Lake Shore Drive and downtown high-rises, and single-family homes and row houses in Lincoln Park. In addition, renovations were gentrifying areas from Wicker Park and Ukrainian Village to Andersonville, Uptown, and Sauganash.
The Peerless formula for working with builders and developers is simple: Do everything for any job, regardless of size, with regard to materials, service, and price. This complete turnkey operation has formed loyalty and bonds between Peerless and local builders and developers.
With architects and designers, Peerless has established a solid reputation for our partnership approach. The A & D community knows that a Peerless job means dealing with experts who will service every project from its inception through streamlined ordering procedures to its conclusion.
For 25 years, Peerless has tackled complex installations with attention to fine details … from budgeting for a project to after-sales care.
Designers and architects and developers can rely on use of our showroom’s extensive library, to examine and explore a wide range of products before they develop specifications for their jobs.
